4+1 B.S. in Food & Nutrition, Nutrition and Dietetics Education to M.Ed. in Nutrition Education

Students majoring in Food and Nutrition with a concentration in Nutrition and Dietetics Education can choose to start their graduate degree in their senior year. This degree is designed for students who want to enhance their skills in teaching nutrition, food, and health behavior change. Graduates work in schools, health care institutions, community organizations including YMCAs, Senior Nutrition, WIC and Extension, health clubs and gyms, insurance company wellness programs and patient support, and food education programs for youth and adults. All courses are taught in an asynchronous, online format allowing students to work while completing their degree.
