The Creative Writing concentration at ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ is part of the English major.

If you’ve ever felt the thrill of a blank page or the power of the right words at the right time, our Creative Writing program is calling your name. This is a space for storytellers, poets, lyricists, and visionaries—students who believe that language has the power to connect, challenge, and transform.

You’ll work closely with published writers and passionate peers to develop your craft across genres—fiction, poetry, nonfiction, children's literature and more. Through workshops, readings, and one-on-one mentorship, you’ll learn how to shape your voice, sharpen your technique, and stay true to your creative vision.
