Complete the . On the application you’ll choose a major, list your extracurricular activities, work experience, honors/awards, and courses in progress.
If you haven’t attended college continuously, you’ll need to provide a resumé or description of activities which accounts for all time periods since graduation from high school.
If you’re applying through MassTransfer you should use the ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ Application. Eligibility is based on enrollment in an approved pathway at a Massachusetts community college. .
When you submit the application, you’ll need to pay a non-refundable fee of $50 or provide an application fee waiver. The application fee or application fee waiver must be submitted in order for your application to be reviewed.
We provide an application fee waiver if you participate in an official campus visit or you may apply for a fee waiver through . The application fee is waived for MassTransfer and Military Applicants.
Official transcripts from all colleges or universities you've attended are required, regardless if courses were finished or credit received. Failure to disclose this information may result in denial of admission or retroactive administrative withdrawal from the University without refund or course credits.
When you apply, ask that these institutions send your official transcripts directly to our office. A decision will not be made by the Admissions Committee without official transcripts. They can be sent electronically through the vendor your institution uses; or they can be mailed directly from your institution to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions.

We need a final, official transcript from your high school to confirm you’ve graduated. If you completed the high school equivalency exam (GED/HiSET), we’ll need your official score report and an official high school transcript for the period high school was attended. If you complete an associate degree prior to transferring, we do not need proof of high school graduation.
A certified transcript evaluation by a recognized credentialing agency is required. The evaluation must be completed using official transcripts, and include grade and credit hour equivalents for each course completed (course-by-course). Recognized credentialing agencies are listed on the International Applicants page.
If you’re a service member or veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces, we need your official military transcript. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ evaluates your transcript for academic credit based on recommendations from the American Council on Education (ACE).
ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ is test-optional, meaning you may choose to apply with or without SAT or ACT scores.
If you choose to submit SAT or ACT scores, official test results must be sent to ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ directly from the testing agency.
CLEP and AP programs enable students to earn college credit by examination. Official score reports should be submitted to the Office of Undergraduate Admissions at the time of enrollment so they can be formally evaluated for credit. ºÚÁϲ»´òìÈ’s score code is 3519.

You need to be a licensed registered nurse (RN) and have completed an Associate Degree or Diploma in Nursing. More information is available through the Nursing Department.
