After seven years in the University Registrar鈥檚 office Ann transferred to the Department of Institutional Research. She has held various roles with in the department but has served as Director since 2023. As Director, Ann is an active participant in the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education Data Council and Cross-Campus Data Forum Operations Working Group. She oversees compliance reporting and data collection efforts that facilitate decision-making, planning, and resources to both internal and external stakeholders.
