About Dr. Levandosky

 Educational Background:

  • ScM, PhD Mathematics - Brown University
  • BS Mathematics - University of Massachusetts-Amherst

Research Interests:

  • Dr. Levandosky's research interests lie in the field of partial differential equations, specifically nonlinear dispersive equations, such as the Korteweg-De Vries equation and the Kadomtsev-Petviashvili equation. She has published several articles describing the smoothing properties of solutions to these types of nonlinear dispersive equations. She is also a proponent of open-source texts and is a contributing author to the Calculus texts published by OpenStax. In addition, Dr. Levandosky is the Program Coordinator for the MEd in Mathematics program. Before coming to 黑料不打烊, she held a postdoctoral position at Stanford University where she taught both undergraduate and graduate students.
